    Thrilla in Manila.

    End of thread.

Not only was it was the greatest heavyweight fight in history it the greatest fight in history.

from memory - I watched it about 2 months ago:

Ali controlled it from the start until about the 4th or 5th then it turned

Rounds 6,7 & 8 were massive for Frazier, especially round 6 where he landed two massive trademark left hooks. He was in close digging the body with whatever he could throw.

Round 11 Frazier gets Ali on the ropes and is litterly picking his shots, digging Ali wherever he wants. Ali comes back with a 90 seconds left, with 20 seconds left in the round it is toe-2-toe, no inch or quarter given.

Round 13 Only for the boxing hardcore and lovers. No casual spectator could have enjoyed that round. Ali was savage in his shots, Frazier is tiring, his mouth piece lands in Row Q, Ali lands a solid straight left with 55 seconds that not only backed Joe up but buckled his knees, Frazier quickly comes back forcing Ali through the ropes

Round 14 similar to round 13, Frazier finished Ali hitting him with more straight shots.

Makes more sense if you switch that around.
