Apologies if already posted. Dan Rafael says on his twitter (http://twitter.com/danrafaelespn) that the WBC has formally sanctioned Pacquiao - Margarito for it's vacant Light Middleweight title.

Good! Margarito deserves a few breaks! All boxing fans who are not flat broke must buy the PPV or attend the fight. We need to put up a united front against the coruption of the CSAC, the under handed antics of Nazim Richardson, and the idiot wind that calls itself the "boxing media."

while belts arent worth **** nowadays i dont like this being a title fight. Manny has never fought above 147 and margarito has barely ever fought at 154 and was out of action for a year. Moreover its at a catchweight of 150! How the fff can this be a sanctioned world title fight?!? Surely everyone can see how idiotic this is? Now the fight will be competitive and probably well worth a watch. But i just dont agree with world title fights being at catchweights. It sends out the wrong message. Im not saying margo will be affected by it coz i dont think he will. Ideally margarito doesnt want to weigh in too much above 147 himself. But i just dont agree with catchweight title fights. Couple that with neither fighter ever having a meaningful fight there and you can see how much of a dam joke the wbc is.
The idiots who call themselves media are mostly *****s... and I agree Margarito has a shot here to clear his name and beat Pacquiao... and in doing so and if done clean which it will and you know it.... well lets just say this hater city will be ESBs new nick.....
I think the bigots on the commish are upset! They went on a witch hunt to destroy Margarito. The only one who knew anything about boxing voted to reinstate Margarito. What is their problem?!
