The time in front of me has nothing to do with the question you're asking. I heard the referee say 'five' then he got up, then the referee went on to say 'six' 'seven' and 'eight'. So, yes, he got up before the 'count of ten'.

Gets flattened by jabs from 120lb fighters yet walks through power punches from 147lb fighters...hmmmm.

It was a close 10. Hussein isn't helping himself either. He kept the ref distracted by his dirty tactics, hence Pacquiao recovered.

Cotto was on ***** street every second fight at 140lbs, yet he took Mosley's best shots all night and needed to get pounded repeatedly by Margocheato, with a bloody horrific looking face before calling it quits...at 147lbs.

Cotto's resistance is definitely better at a higher weight and so is Pacquiao's. Quite simple when you understand how much it takes out of a guy, draining to make weight.

In Pacquiao's case, we can also add that he was most probably lacking the right nutrition in the first place and didn't have access to it.

Lets just say that if Cortez or Naddy or one of the big time US refs was running the show it would have been a KO.

Oh, yes Pacquiao gets wobbled by jabs all the time, you just didn't notice. And of course he's walking thru power punches because of all that A side meth he's been taking... truly moronic...:-(

It's not 10 seconds that matter it's the count of 10, that is a basic rule of boxing.

I'm sure if that fight was in the philipines that the ref was giving Manny special treatment. Which seems to happen in fighters career from time to time. Luckily.......Manny hasn't been placed in that kind of situation during the laterr part of his career like other fighters.
