You all probably knew it anyway but courtesy of the BBC here's an interview with him confirming title fight and the fact that it's two semi-finals and then the final against Dirrell or Ward in a unification fight.

This is great if everything here is true, a clear path now to the potential final at MSG. All on the line, which wasn't the case if it was a stage match, because Froch could have qualified with a loss

Probably never. I remember after the Pascal fight, Froch referred to him as the best promoter in the world.
