People are forgetting how much bigger of a draw Margo is than Clottey, and the fact that this getting a 24/7. Yes, it has a chance for 70K and no I won't be there.
yup and not only will this fight end crime in the Philippines for a whole night it will do the same in cartel runned cities in Mexico.
Yes It can! I am from Texas and people here love sporting events and going to that Cowboys stadium! I will not be going to it though!
Noway it would ever be worse than a fight involving Clottey. Big contrast between one of the most boring fighters in boxing with the least amount of ticker to one of the more exciting fighters who operates purely on guts, and the difference in fan support because of the Mexican factor.
arum has been bleeding for this for a long time. the fight can def do 70k. will it? maybe maybe not but it can. with a strong undercard it really could be something special despite what you think about margo getting this shot. however, TR has fallen in love w/ its main events and usually puts out undercards that leave something to be desired.
PAc-Margarito imo will be a ppv success, and a good fight. We'll see if the 151 lbs weakens Margarito... They should not be fighting for a world title though...
People saw how boring and ordinary PacGwire looked last time out. Those poor folks in Texas ain't going to want to be subjected to that same torture again. This fight does maybe 30-35k tops and maybe about 450,000 ppvs. In other words, it will be **** poor numbers for a so called attraction. Congroidsman PacGwire needs to seek out the PPV King for some advice on how to step his game up.
