Exactly how many countries are Hayes fights sold to?

The Klitchkos are sold to 80 countries. Can Someone please explain how Mr Haye is the big draw in this?

What Haye is saying is that he is taking a huge amount of TV money from his territory (UK) and putting it into the pot but Wlad is unwilling to match it due to his contract with RTL (basically Haye wants Wlad to bring more money to the pot from Germany) so Haye said OK then i will keep my UK money because you're German TV money is peanuts compared and you keep your German TV money and we split the rest.

It is a bit greedy on Hayes part I see that argument but the fact is.... the people paying for the fight in the UK are English people paying to watch the English fighter on Hayes SKY PPV deal.Atleast 1m British will pay to watch Haye which will pay significantly more than what Wlad gets from RTL which i believe is about £2.5 - 3m per fight. Haye isn't happy that his tv deal is making up a majority of the pot and Wlad is unwilling to look for more avenues in German TV to increase the pot from his side so has said... Ok then... I'll take the UK money, you take the German TV.

I can see why Wlad don't want to do that but i can see where Haye is coming from also

 

So haye and wlad would have BOTH made how many millions!! Yet haye walked away saying wlad was not bring the max to the table? Is that it, you walk away from this fight and im sure a huge payday because of klits contract, this fight would have generated big money and haye walked away from it, well if thats what he wants to do then let him, hes obviously more interested in money and what if wlad did have the "max"? Does wlad not want more money too?? Maybe his hands are tied im sure if he could generate a lot more money he would too

 

Look forward to another ko,yes its going to be on Auful Audrey,yes according to boxrec the fight is soon to be signed by Mr Haye,i`m going to see that in Manchester England where i`m from and see the the quickest brain beating ko of Harrison in the history of heavyweaight boxing.I`m not a fan of Haye but Harrisons more bull**** than ability

 

But is wlad not indirectly bringing more from the UK by starring alongside haye in the fight? Fighting a klit brings in more money for haye so there is a contribution indirectly

 

Haye says hes sure there is more money to be made from germany, how is he so sure about this, is this true i wonder or just wishful thinking on his part and if it is true does wlad not also want the same thing, more cash in the pocket, if it was just a matter of this and that im sure it would be done, the fight would sell in the states too but that is out the window now the fight is off, is walking away from it in its current state the right thing to do by haye, im sure it couldnt be

It looks like haye is being greedy, he basically wants more cash and if he has his way he will make more money than kilt, does he deserve that? I dont think so

 

But when at the negotiating table that doesn't come into it.... Haye has the deal with SKY to show the fight on british PPV... so that is Hayes TV deal in the same sense as RTL is the Klitschkos TV deal.

Also whilst numbers will be boosted because of who Haye is fighting... essentially the Brits are still tuning in to see Haye fight.

I get the feeling that next year when Klitschkos contract with RTL expires this fight will be sorted... possibly to fight in Vegas (where the Casinos will pay a lot of money to stage the fight) to increase the revenue

 

he does say he has spoken to other German TV networks and there is more money to be made which the Klitschkos can't use because of their contract with RTL

 

But Wlad is tied into a contract with his German TV company (RTL is it?); therefore seeking seeking avenues elsewhere, is out of the question for him. He must remain with his current broadcaster.

Haye really should just accept the complete 50/50 pot. That's generous enough, considering he's the one who needs the Klitschkos.

 

Brits will be watching haye yes i agree but they will also turn in to see a klit KO'ed, its a big draw i think

Having it it vegas and the middle of the night for the UK will also affect UK ppv sales too possibly plus the gate will be less if its not in a stadium, we shall see but haye shouldnt have ran his mouth like he did if he had no interntion of actually fighting then

Did he give figures for this? It may result in lawsuits which nobody wants really for breach of contract so basically its out anyway but if he had a figure im sure he would be out with it quick wouldnt you? If someone says more money can be made doing X then if they want it to be credible they need to provide some detail, someone should ask for this detail then, because without it its just words

 

Would I be right in saying Vitali's next fight is his last under the RTL contract?
