difference between Russian and USA boxing training

    Funny thinking back, I use to get hold of interpreted Russian Boxing Manuals in English Language. They were as funny as ****, they were all political nothing new as regards Boxing. But after every Technique there was a paragrapth on the Russian Motherland, and thats why you were competing for the Glory of Russia, amusing :yep

    Cubans drill the fundamentals constantly, very basic training but effective.

    I strongly agree with the Cubans. No use in doing fancy stuff if you don't master the basics. And the basics happen to be less basic than they sound.
