I thought he also claimed he didn't know what a Steroid was...and I remember hearing he was afraid of needles despite him having tattoos, and I also recall saying he couldn't have blood draw 24 days before fight night, but had blood draw a couple weeks before his fight with Clottey. :think

 

Why didn't he agree to it the first time around? And if he's agreeing to it now then we may have a fight if he's willing to accept a little less than 50/50 of the purse split if his fight doesn't do over 1 million buys.
