It had to be Floyd if indeed Pac has agreed to random. Only reason is, you talk about Pac is an easy fight, you talk **** about him and accuse him, then you dont fight him?

You dont fight an easy fight? WTF??

But should Paul Williams - based on me actually watching his last few fights - be in the top 20. He's looked much worse than in previous years and fights gone by, hes clearly gradually getting worse each fight, his resume is not as impressive and Diaz' and you cant really argue he has better skills when he cant even make the most or begin to make the most of a mammoth height and reach advantage over most of his opponents.

You say Diaz proves otherwise but if resume was more important than skills then the p4p list would change so much more often and many of then names we have locked on in the top 10 may not be there.

i think it's based more on resume to be honest, fair or not. most lists look at wins not performances. devon alexander is a perfect example: he didn't drop a whole lot after his last debacle but he showed a TON of weaknesses. a win is a win. mayweather got back into the top 2 with a completely worthless win over marquez: a win is a win. not saying it's right but it's the way it is. in a combo of both resume and skills, i think williams is a lock for top 20 personally. the martinez win does it imo. solid performance against an elite fighter

Either way I rank p4p is open to debate and can be calculated by a number of different means all in different prioty states. But there is no chance, any way to look at it, with completely no bias that Williams is anywhere near p4p top 10 and there is defin itely a struggle to get him into the top 20.

If you base it on skills then he's barely even top 30, maybe even top 40.

If you base it on resume there is a very slim chance he can make top 20.

Martinez won clear rounds, Williams won close rounds. I could see at best a 1 point win for Williams, and at best for Martinez as wide a margin or 4 or 5 points.

Martinez definitely won that fight. I've watched it 3 times, 3 times I had Martinez winnig. On the night I had it 115-113 I think for Martinez, then had it 116-113 the other two times.

Williams was clearly set-up for the win, look at the outrageous scorecards. Stinks of corruption.

haha. Well I'm pretty tried now, its like 4.21am so probably should sleep. Good debate. Better than another Williams defender, RayHogan, though you arent as staunch. That boy is so closed minded its unreal. Its like Williams is his baby child and I just told him its ugly and will never amount to anything. He just goes off on one spouting absolute crap than can be picked apart by anyone that knows boxing and has half a brain.
