Though pen hasn't been pressed to paper, it appears that Hopkins and Pascal will be fighting later this year which made me think...what do you guys think was B-Hops best performance?

For me it was his one-sided beating of Tarver, its the fight that most comes to mind for me when naysayers talk about Hopkins picking on smaller men. For me, it just stands out more than Tito, ODLH, Pavlik, etc.

    What are your thoughts?

His performance against Tito is one of the more impressive wins in boxing history IMO.

Id say dominating a red hot Trinidad was his best win,you have to remember that more people were picking Tito in this fight over the already proven mw king Bhop. People claim Tito was to small but i am of the opinion that Tito was a very good middle, he belonged at that weight more than ODLH. I think Titos best weight was JM and he was still hitting pretty hard at Middle just ask Joppy.

Glen Johnson was still inexperienced and improving at the time, but Hopkins looked brilliant in that fight.

The Trinidad fight was his best performance - although B-HOp has had many great ones. Tito was unstoppable at the time. Hopkins broke him down and took him out emphatically.

Id have to go with the Antonio Tarver fight. At the time of their fight in 06 Tarver had been the Light Heavyweight Champion for the better part of 3 years and had beat the best in the divison. Tarver was bigger, skilled, powerful and confident. Remember Hopkins had lost to JT 2x then briefly retired but he comes back puts on nearly 15 pounds and embarrases a world class fighter even dropping him with a beautiful right hand on route to a shutout decision. The Trinidad, DLH, Pavlik fights among others are very impressive but you cant compare or atleast IMO a dominant win over really good big fighters to dominant wins over really good smaller fighters.
