I say USS pulls out a relatively close UD in this one. I still think that although Huck has been murdering everyone in his path lately, he is still pretty sloppy, but he is only getting better (stamina, strength) so that should give Cunningham a tougher time this time around.

And as the typical fighter nowadays, Cunninham has the fight once or twice a year gene (I don't care why) and that will only benefit Huck.

But even with being inactive USS is still one hell of a fighter.

    116-112 Cunningham.

yep, disappointing that USS cant stay busy. But, unlike a lot of guys he at elast doesnt come in out of shape. the guy is built like a navy ship.

I agree that Huck seems to be coming on strong though and while USS is the better boxer, sometimes a strong fighter can overcome a disadvantage in ability through will and determination.

I will be tuning in for this one!!

I think inactivity hurt Cunningham. He is rusty and he has slipped. He is a bit more sloppy, his reflexes are a bit slower, his speed is a bit slower and so on. The question is, if this is enough for Huck to beat him.
Huck on the other hand has improved, after the last fight he said he didn´t bother with fighting technically correct or accurate but just wanted to get Godfrey out of there and be entertaining (something like that). He showed against Ramirez and Afolabi, guys who were dangerous, that he has improved. Enough?

This is a toss up. It may be that Huck improved enough and Cunningham slipped enough for Huck to win.

    Completely agree.

But it took someone Adamek three knockdowns to prove this point, and I dunno if Huck is on the same level as Tomasz.

I think Cunningham wins most of the rounds, and won't get a chance to finish Huck but will earn a decision clear as mud.

Depending on the seeding, though - it's possible for them to not meet in a Super Six format (ie if they don't meet in the Group Stages and one of them doesn't make the final four).

Speaking of the tournament - I'm reading that Enzo Maccarinelli might be involved. :-(

I see Cunningham taking an early lead but eventually crumble from one of Hucks caveman attacks.
I even can tell you the last couple of punches from Huck... straight right, straight right, straight right, straight right, straight right, left hand, straight right, straight right, straight right. :deal

    Cunningham by stoppage....Huck looks H O R R I B L E

Huck is the only guy that can look utterly horrible and still win by stoppage.

    :yep

His workrate mixed with his move forward style does it for him. Sometimes Huck reminds me of Abraham.

Well they're both trained by Uli Wenger but Huck doesnt have half the quality or technical ability AA does(which aint much)

    Rewatch his last fight...

It hurt me to watch it....Feet improper, all squared up, doesnt cut off the ring instead he chases, no rhythm, just robotic and poorly thrown punches.......utterly horrible...
