    The inside word is that the contract was all set and ready for the rematch with Sergio Martinez and when Martinez went to sign on the dotted line his hand was shaking so uncontrollably that he could not grip the pen long enough to put it to paper. He requested a glass of ice water which Ross Greenburg sprinted himself to the water cooler to fetch.

    Yeah right. All I've been hearing is that it's on PW. Martinez took the 1st fight on short notice. Now he's scared of Williams.

    I'm torn on these 2.

    I really like P-dub, but have been cheering for Sergio since he got the draw robbery against Cintron.

    Yeah, but it's a little more than that "Oh, cool, I like marquez and vazquez" type duality. I actually really like both and don't want either to lose, and one has to. It sucks.

    Fall 2008 Pavlik offers PW a shot at the linear middleweight championship of the world. PDub says yes, but ultimately prices himself out of the fight.

    Fall/Winter 2009 two Pavlik/Williams fights fall apart over Pavlik's hand problems. Spring 2010 Pavlik's had is good to go, so he offers PDub a career high payday. PDub kills the fight by demanding a 50-50 co-promotion.

    Summer/Fall 2010 Matiinez offers a PDub a shot at the middleweight championship of the world. PDub claims he is still a welterweight in spite of the fact he has not fought at 147 in years.

    Gee -- I think I see a pattern here!
