In the last few years... the most exciting nights for me have been, Pavlik vs Taylor 1 ... Pacquiao vs Cotto / Pacquiao vs Hatton ... Mosley vs Margarito ... Abraham vs Taylor ...

    those stand out

I watched that with a few non-boxing fans , they were making fun of Boxing :/ .... I had to show them some Highlight videos after , to try and convince them that its not like that

I was in shock when Pavlik Ko'd Taylor. I just kinda sat there with my friends and was said "I can't believe that just happened", and in typical fashion no one was a avid fan, and everyone didn't get why I was so surprised at what we just saw.

Actually being at Madison Square Garden watching Cotto stop Judah in the 11th round.
Sold out venue , every fight had action ( except Yuri vs. the prophet ), it was a great night at a historic venue.

    many many memorable nights.

    * tyson/holy ear incident (i was shocked beyond words)

    * my favorite fighter growing up rjj basically clowning toney for the title

    * sneaking into a bar for the odlh/tito fight (fight was eh...but i was 15-16 getting right in that bar)

    * watching the baby faced assassin out class the prince. big party and i was hoping he would shut that arrogant (yet very talented) ***** up.

i could go on but the one that takes the cake, was me slumping into my chair resigned to my fate of drinking myself into a sloppy mess when taylor put pavlik down w/ the quickness in round 2...only to have kelly come back and win the undisputed mw championship. kelly is my favorite fighter but i have always been a taylor fan so while i was over the moon for kelly i was also gutted for jermain at the same time. what a fight.

Lewis-Tyson no question. I was so amped and the day of the fight I came home to watch it and the cable company somehow screwed up the fight and didnt have it on! I was livid. I called everywhere and found out that they were showing it in a bar in Hollywood and I lived in Santa Monica which was about 45 minutes of traffic away and it was right before the fight. I drove like a bat out of hell to Hollywood including on te side of the freeway. I figured if I was stopped by a cop, he would have to understand about the fight hahahaha. I felt like Larry from the Three Stooges when he was dringing the ice cream truck to the boxing match because Curly needed the song to box hahahah. I got to the bar and paid $50 but I didnt care at that point. I was one of 3 Lewis fans in the entire place and Danny Bonaduce was right by me routing for Tyson and when the 8th round came I said, this is the round I think he'll get him. When Lewis finally knocked him out, me and the other three guys were high fiving and jumping around.

I was expecting Lacy to destroy Calzaghe to herald the new generation of SMW.

Then I watched a Brit annihilate an American with so many different angles and rapid firing combination punching that I never thought could come from a huge guy.

    Pacquiao-Cotto.

The anticipation, the even first round, and then Manny's masterclass. Sublime.

Yea I watched this one with my folks, we were all on the edge of our seats the whole time.

Pretty damn good scrap, I felt bad for Vit that it had to be stopped on cuts (although it was for his own good), cause it would have been awesome to see how this one played out.

Have to say Tyson/Lewis also. Me & my cousin threw a fight party. Room full of Tyson fans all disappointed. But the build up to the fight & the arguments about who would win was what Heavyweight Boxing is supposed to be about. Shame we haven't had any HW fights like that in recent years.
