No it hasnt. Its in the same state it was in prior to Clottey vs Pac. And Floyd announcing he'd fight Mosley.


Once Pac beats Margarito, it will be at a fever pitch again.


However if somehow Pac doesnt blow out Margarito, and looks bad, then yeah the shine will be off, and Floyds gamble if there is a gamble will have backfired immensely.

I agree - the promotional campaign will obviously pick it up a bit, but it will never recapture that buzz that it had. When I think back to how many non-boxing fans would be talking about that fight it's crazy. My friends who barely watch boxing were asking me when it's going to happen. You'd try and explain all the bull**** that was happen and they'd just think it's ridiculous.

There's no excusing it. It's ****ing shambolic and is a prime example of why this sport is heading down the shitter.
