So Anderson squeezes past Bellucci in a final set tie breaker. Pretty pleased with how we read this one. In the end we got the right man but I think we saw enough to show why 8/13 wasn't particularly backable for me personally. I think the expectation at that price is to win in 4 sets, certainly you don't want to be going down to a lottery. But in the end any wins a win in this game. Anderson held his nerve and his serve was just the better at the key moment in a match that was 50/50 all the way through.

Last SuperLeague bet of the regular season and I am going for a 5 timer. :rofl:rofl

    Harlequins v Warrington
    Wigan v Bradford
    Hull FC v Leeds
    Catalans v Huddersfield
    St Helens v Castleford

Pays 2.74/1 on BetFred which I think the odds are pretty good.

One for you Beeston Brawler, Leeds Rhinos are 10/11 on their own :yikes with a few firms .

Just got on Burns vs Martinez not to go the distance at 6/4. Fancy Martinez stoppage which is the same price so might as well.

    Wish I saw that...

Put a sizable bet on the Martinez stoppage @7/4. Cant see Burns stopping him but you never know. Would've been nice to celebrate Burns stopping him

Another decent night, had £15 on England 1/3, Germany 4/7, Sweden 2/5 and Italy 2/5 £60.06 back.

Thinking of putting £40 on Burns fight not going the distance at 6/4:think

Why is everyone so sure this is not going the distance? Is Martinez the modern day Danny Lopez...am I missing something? He knocked out the china chinned Nicky Cook, I don't see why this is considered a given based on that.

For all Burns flaws at domestic level, he's not shown a vulnerable chin.

I'm not sure at all, just thinking about it. Probably won't to be honest coz really want Burns to win.

think people are just seeing it as a value bet not a nailed on certainty mate

, i will stick my neck out here i cant see it going the distance burns is in deep water here despite all the "world class" sparring he is having according to his trainer on here! i see a stoppage late on around 10-11 rounds

Burns is not at the level of his opponent
