Castillo, Corrales, Judah, Hatton, Hernandez, Chavez were all past it?. Hoya was definitely past it but wasn't shot to pieces either as proven by his performance.

Honestly, if you can't recognise that he is an ATG, then you are completely biased.

The steroid allegations which started from a crack head former drug dealer won't have any bearing on Manny's ranking. Mayweather has proved by his recent actions it was all a hoax to avoid the fight, after Pac agreed to his random testing demands.

As for Mayweather, never said he wasn't an ATG, he surely is, just that he won't be ranked with those considered as the elite of ATGs, as he really hasn't tested himself near enough as they did. Taking a vacation instead of the biggest fight of his career is the nail in the coffin when it comes to proof of that. For all his skillset he hasn't done enough and does not deserve to mentioned in the same breath as SRR, Ali, Armstrong, Leonard, Duran, etc..
