Valuev has no balls, he apparently isn't interested in fighting anyone, isn't interested in avenging his losses, and now using surgery as an excuse for doing nothing in the ring for a year and a half or more. Just call a spade a spade and say you're done Nico! Funny how he whines about Chagaev's "medical problems" and how Chag can only fight in Germany....when Nico himself fights nearly exclusively in Germany also! Wladimir Klitschko didn't see any problem stepping in the ring with him and giving him a beatdown.....again, Nico has no place in boxing anymore now that DK/Sauerland sold out the big elephant and they can't market him anymore.
Fighting in Germany for less than 20 of your 52 fights is not fighting ''nearly exclusively'' there. This injury is so serious SNV feels slight discomfort and you say he uses it as an excuse? Shame on you for trying to badmouth Niko:nono
It must be hard getting a body that big through a rigorous boxing training camp, and unfortunate to pick up a serious injury when he is having the last chapters of his boxing career. He should have fought in the first semester, a win always helps set up a bigger fight and names like Maskaev, Austin, Rossy, Tye Fields, Sexton, Basile, Welliver were all available.
He's had like only 2 fights in the last 7 years outside of Germany, several requiring DK/Sauerland fixes, so my point stands. How did he sustain these "injuries" anyway? Did he trip in the same forest as Povetkin did? Look, this pseudo-nuthuggery of Valuev and use of the ridiculous SNV moniker on this forum really needs to end, it's just stupid. The guy is a limited skill, oversized elephant that made most his career being a sideshow act. DK/Sauerland milked him as long as they could, then replaced him with Haye, one joke of a champion for another. The guy has no personality, no charisma, can rarely answer a question directly or honestly....typical of Russians.
I can agree that nobody should be cheering DK/Sauerland fixes. However, Valuev has a pretty likable personality. It's more his role within the sport that's shady. I don't believe he's capable of defeating a top contender, so he will wait for his pay-day with Vitali. I suppose the thrill of this is that Vitali is the only guy out there who is likely to knock Valuev out. A 2 million payday is worth another year for Valuev. Dang, where's that comin' from?
Hahahah he was a bit pissed at the food question, he seems to get touchy when you talk about his size.
