Roman Gonzalez fights tonight

Wow. I've been watching without sound and only took it off mute for like 2.5 seconds.

That was like a Saturday morning cartoon theme, but performed by a third rate South American boy band.

 

WTF? Spanish Rock Ballad? I dont think ive heard a worse song ever...ever.

 

I consider myself Nicaraguan because it is the land my parents and all my ancestors have known eventhough I was actually born in Costa Rica. I also lived in Nicaragua more years than Costa Rica.

Roman scores a knock down in round 1!

 

Round 1

Limones is game, bringing the fight right to Gonzalez and digging in to the body, trying to pin his shoulder against Gonzalez's chest while counter uppercuts bounce off his face. Limones has a good chin. Gonzalez keeps flurrying while backing up but Limones keeps swarming him. Limones down near the end of the round off a straight right hand and beats the count. He keeps charging headfirst into the chest of Gonzalez and getting tapped on the side of the skull on the way in. Limones begins to wade in with overhand rights and gets tangled up with Gonzalez.

Round 2

Limones again comes forward, the aggressor with pawing hooks as Gonzalez dances backwards on his toes looking for a spot to counter. He plants his feet and drops Limones with a hook, clearing him from the center of the ring to the corner where he remains sprawled and unresponsive.

 

The fights over! Roman wins by TKO!

 

Yeah when they returned from commercial it was the corner celebrating, so I assumed Limones quit on his stool.

At least they're showing a bunch of slow motion replays to make up for it.
