Mosley vs. Margarito was savage.

I dont believe Margo/Mosley was a PPV card.

I however dont believe it wont be as similiar because of the size advantage and styles.

I'm not really sure why people say Margarito's chin wasn't the same after Cotto and bring up the Mosley fight. Margarito got hit over and over and over again with hard shots from Mosley, to the head and body, and unlike Cotto, Mosley was loading up on these shots, planting his feet, and getting more leverage behind it. Maybe Margarito's chin is diminished now, who knows, but if it was still great when he fought Mosley. Otherwise, there's no way he would've lasted that long on his feet.

Mosley was going through a lot of troubles during this time. He just split with his wife. Finding out marg punk AZZ just tried to bring weapons into the ring didn't help either.

 

Margarito is toast. I'll say it again. Not ruling out any surprises, this is boxing, but for the most part I think it's borderline ignorant of his people to allow him to get in with an opponent who clearly has the speed, power, and skill to cause him further systemic damage, even if it is Pacquiao for X-amount-of-money and all that ****. Margarito is going to get his brain bashed. Repeatedly. Again.

 

Mosely's roid sure helped him. Margarito did not train for that fight. Emanuel said it "before" the fight! Pac/Margarito will be a war!

You might want to reconsider that??? Mosley was a beast that night, which makes me wonder why didn't that Mosley show up for the Mosley/Mayweather fight, but I digress.

Margarito was an emotional mess that night. He just got caught cheating. That must of had a MAJOR impact on his psyche. This fight is Margarito's big chance, I don't doubt he's going to put his heart into it. :deal

 

The reason the outcome will be the same is that Margarito won't be able to use plaster anymore. Margarito went from being the most feared man in boxing to being KTFO by an old Mosley. Then he knocks garcia down in the first round, hits him all night, can't back him up and doesn't leave a mark on him. Then people say it was just a tune up fight. When he isn't damaging people like he was before people will say that he used to be a warrior but the Mosley and Pacquiao fights took something out of him. Still denying that the plaster had any difference.

 

Love Margo, But that fight was a disaster for him.

Margarito was weight wrecked, GBP ambushed him with this short notice fight by offering Margo his best ever payday. He looked so weak but Mosley's style & strength would always have made this a tough night but going by the Mayorga gift you'd obviously give Margo the best shot of winning, but it's style's again.

If you look at this video without any kind of prejudice you will see 2 things. First Mosley will never touch Mayweather throwing that punches without any kind of technique, he will lose worst and get KO, because he will lost all his energy throwing to the air and second Mayweather punching power is very underrated. Look when Margo hit Mosley he came back for more, when Mayweather hits him he get to the back and cant continue. Mayweather punches were having a bigger impact in Molsey than the Margo punches. Look the fight without prejudice and you will see. No matter what you think is a shame that Mayweather behaves like he do in the video. That leaves a lot to be desire. Then he said that nobody want to recognize him because he is black. He is minority and is making stupid comments of another minority etnic group boxer. A negro disrespecting a filipino and he wants to be condecorated and recognized.
