o man...by the 8th manny will be cuffed....everytime he lets go at some weird angle floyd steppin to the side and touchin his body or face...than the fans gonna boo cuz he wont "exchange" with pac..fuk they think he gonna fight pacs fight when he dont have to...

i think after floyd takes the w which he'll get by "boxing" thus not making for a lot of excitement, they wont really care...most will probably say "well floyd was supposed to do that"....

Manny starts fast winning the first 2-3 rounds and even scores a flash knockdown with a quick hook. Money adapts as he always does ( i.e. Judah, Hatton, De La Hoya, Mosley).

BY the middle rounds, Floyd starts to find his rhythm hammering Manny's weak defense with quick overhand rights.

By the later rounds, Floyd is in control, but still gets hurt (like Mosley fight round 2) in the 10. Again Floyd shows he can take a punch and keeps coming.

In the championship rounds, Floyd pot shots Pacquiao and manages to hurt him once or twice, but can't get him out of there. Manny's cut but keeps fighting like a true warrior til the end.

The judges award Mayweather a split decision... 115-113/116-112/114-114

Mayweather is just too good for him and will walk away with a UD, I wouldn't even rule out a stoppage after seeing Pac's face after the Clottey fight.

Nice analysis...I just don't see the judges giving Mayweather a split against Manny. Nothing to do with the skill of either fighter. Manny has the juice right now. If it were against any other fighter I would agree 100%. We cant forget about politics.

floyd would have to win in dominate fashion... If pac wins 4rounds he wins the fight due to floyd becoming the biggest "bad guyz" heal or whatever in sports.

Im a Mayweather fan man! Just a realist. Seen a lot of fights stolen, referee favoring, judges act on the crowd.

In fights like this, both fighters will be cautious. Manny has never fought a fighter as fast as Floyd who will jab him, go to his head and body, stand in front of him, and hit him with both hands. Marquez came close, but Floyd is Floyd and Floyd isn't going to back straight up to avoid PAc. PAc is too open, and once PAc is timed which is about the second round, it's down hill for Pac from there...

Has anyone here ever seen Floyd face a dangerous knockout artist with speed in the southpaw stance ? Has anyone seen Floyd KO,TKO a P4P champ before ?
Manny is much faster, much more committed to offense, has the better chin, been in with much better and Floyd is a hype machine and he will get knocked out. If the fight goes 12 rounds Manny throws too many punches and Floyd would not be able to win.
Manny's angles would be too much for Floyd he would be able to land easy.
Manny can just go right after him and would probably knock him out easily in the first 4 rounds.

THATS ALL VERY NICE...ITS A SHAME *******S DONT PUT MUCH UP OF AN ARGUMENT BEHIND THERE ****..

WHY CAN HE DO THAT TO FLOYD?

WHAT IS IT ABOUT HIS STYLE THAT MAKES HIM ABLE TO DO TO FLOYD WHAT HE DID TO SAY......COTTO..

IF YOU'VE EVER BOXED YOU WOULD KNOW ITS NOT AS SIMPLE AS, "HE'LL USE HIS QUICKER FEET TO GET INSIDE AND LAND SHOTS, THAN GET OUT"..

DONT WORK LIKE THAT...U gotta think..What will he do to get inside? What about Floyd's reach? Floyd knows how to use his height so what if hes able to EFFECTIVELY AND CONSISTENTLY TIME MANNY FROM THE OUTSIDE??

MOST IMPORTANTLY WHAT CAN MANNY PACQUIAO DO TO GET FLOYD MAYWEATHER OUT OF A "BOXING MENTALITY" AND IN TO A "FIGHTING MENTALITY" CUZ AT THE END OF THE DAY

FLOYD GOT THE REACH, BETTER FOOTWORK, MORE HEIGHT, AND HE KNOWS HOW TO FIGHT HURT..FLOYD CAN TURN IT INTO A "BORING" BOXING MATCH AND TAKE THE DECISION....PAC NOT THINKING WITH FLOYD, PERIOD.........:deal

NEVER SEEN MANNY KO OR TKO A "LB 4 LB" CHAMP EITHER..HE NEVER FOUGHT THE #1 GUY MAN...IF U TALKIN TOP TEN THEN YES...FLOYD KNOCKED OUT DIEGO CORRALES WHO WAS #5 IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME AND 33-0..HE ALSO KNOCKED OUT RICKY HATTON WHEN HATTON WAS #8 IN THE WORLD AND 43-0....PAC KNOCKED MAB, COTTO, HATTON.......BEAT A #3 RANKED JMM IN THE REMATCH...

HE ISN'T MUCH FASTER AND HELL NO HE DONT GOT THE BETTER CHIN...C'MON NOW....FLOYD TOOK A SHOT FROM THE HARDEST PUNCHER AT 47 HOMIE...

THE MORE MANNY THROWS THE MORE OPPORTUNITY FOR FLOYD TO COUNTER..STYLES MAKE FIGHTS...ALL THESE GUYS THINKIN MANNY'S PUNCH OUTPUT GONNA "BREAK FLOYD DOWN" TRIPPIN...A "PURE BOXER" TRAINS FOR HIGH PUNCH OUTPUTS...PLUS FLOYDS BETTER FOOTWORK WILL ALLOW HIM TO STAY A STEP AHEAD OF PAC...

BY THE 8TH MANNY WILL HAVE HIS HANDS CUFFED:deal EVERYTIME HE LET THE LAZY SHORT JAB GO FLOYD WILL BE IN THAT PULL COUNTER READY TO FIRE OVER THE TOP..

AND LETS NOT GET ON PRECISION CUZ EVERYONE KNOWS WHO THE MORE PRECISE PUNCHER IS AND BY FAR!:deal

Someone stated Pac by decision. I tell you what if Pac were to win by decision I would be more impressed with that then if he were to knock Mayweather out. Unless of course he is dominated Mayweather and then knocks him out.

Realistically though Pac is a long shot. Pac has never ever ever ever faced someone as fast as Mayweather. You think JMM gave him problems imagine JMM with bigger reach and twice the speed and athletic ability. Pac has never faced someone who could match him in speed on the return. Mayweather has fought Judah who is faster then him and also a southpaw. Im not saying Judah is Pac but it does give him experience vs someone with speed and athletic ability that matches his with a southpaw stance. That is the importance of facing different styles.

The only way for Pac to win by outworking Mayweather is to actually continually catch him and stun him for 7 of the 12rds. IMO though Pac is going to be overwhelmed by facing someone who can return close to as fast as he throws as he has never experienced that before. Imagine if Clottey had the speed of Mayweather. Not only that, but with excellent timing, reach, footwork, athletic ability, conditioning. Most importantly what really puts him at the top is he has the highest boxing IQ in the sport. Versatile enough to use many different style if forced to do so. Though not many people have been able to force him to do so. Many people may not like his resume, but that's because they see how talented he is and expect him to challenge himself by going to extraordinary lengths instead of being content with where he is at. The only way for Mayweather to really challenge himself would be to fight at middleweight/super middleweight vs someone that can eat all his punches while having the size and power to KHTFO.

Mayweather also isn't going to use Philly Shell vs Pac. He is to versatile to rely on one style and will not go to a style that gives Pac an advantage. He will use a high guard like he did vs Judah.
