Hey jet man you must be a fantastic fighter.Talking **** about a fighter who gave his best when ever he jumped in the ring. Also he managed to win the ozzie strap more then a few times. You must have a won a few hundred wins under your belt cause you sound like a champion

Homer its time to eat more donuts.
Its guys like Bargero that devalue the oz title.
Take a look at boxrec and see how many vacant titles this guy won, this has got to be a record for sure, vacant, vacant, vacant the list goes on and on.
Whoever is his manager has done a mighty fine job, guys like Mundine and Green should sign his manager up because for a guy that has little talent Bargero sure won heaps, albeit against hand picked challengers, I spose its easier than fighting champions for there title.

The title can't stay vacant forever, someone has to fight for it don't they? It's up to the sanctioning body isn't it?

Also it appears Disherwasher has come to an end of his career at 44.

Too late RAB, Disherwasher has accepted terms of the agreement.
The Universal Boxing Council is already on board.

He said Peter Brennan was just a warmup for the real thing.

Not taking anything away from Marc, or his achievements, but from a spectator point of view, I agree with Jet.
He was a great hussler & knew how to finesse his way through a fight, but it was just round after round.

I can't recall which fight it was but it was one of his last & it was like,, 1-2,, then a twinkle-toed sashay to the ropes,,all night.:|

He's listed as fighting Mumtaz at Airlie Beach QLD at the end of the month.
