i dont find the klits boring coz i know there will be a knockout coming.
Floyd on the other hand just jabs and counters and i know there will be no knockout coming so i fell asleep after the 5th round.

    floyd is boring!

So what? They're effective in different ways, but no more boring.

Again, to me Spinks, Calderon, Sturm and Wright are all appreciable and not boring. I can see how some people think they all are, however.

You can't claim that the first two are more exciting just because they time counterpunches instead of waiting their turn to open up. One style isn't any more exciting than the other; they're flip sides of the same coin.

Mayweather has a lot to lose. More than any other fighter in the sport. His fights are big events. He's an alltimegreat who will be remembered hundreds of years from now when people talk about boxing (depending on what else happens in his career and how it will end.). Therefore his fights are exciting on a grand and emotional level of intrigue and suspense whether you like him or because you want to see him lose.

Yes I can say that because its my opinion and how they affect me when I see them.

Well you can say it's a style you like more if that's your opinion but calling them more exciting is a bit out there. Punch with your opponent or punch after your opponent - either way, if you're putting defense first and throwing pot shots, whether it's with your opponent's punches or after them is six of one and half a dozen of the other. It's not like fans outside PR and St. Louis get up on the edge of their seats and have their pulses racing watching Calderon and Spinks counterpunch - just like nobody outside Germany or Florida hyperventilates over watching them absorb punches and wait their turn to jab.

Just face it, man - in the grand scheme of things they're all a bit boring (compared to your average fighter). You appreciate a certain boring style more than another. That's fair. :good I appreciate 'em all.

The Klits may indeed be the most boring KO artists of all time.

Fighters without the power to finish a fight. I dont find 12 round fights boring but if i know theres zero chance of something exciting happen like knockdowns and knockouts i find it all a bit boring.

There are no knockouts in a game of basketball either, yet do you watch full 48 minutes of that? That's 33% longer than a championship boxing match.

Watching boxing is about noting the application of techniques and wills and seeing whose comes out on top (and if it goes the distance, seeing how similarly the judges saw it to each other, to you, and to everybody else). If you only want to see people getting knocked down and/or out there are venues for that (Toughman, K1, etc.)

i dont find boxers with ko power boring coz i know a knockout is there to happen. slapping and shoulder rolling to win a UD decision is the most boring boxer for me!

wtf! you are comparing basketball to boxing? :rofl basketball is a different game. in basketball, you are expecting to see players slamming and jumpshooting not throwing punches!
