I had Simpson ahead by two rounds. But a close fight and Smith looked like a good fighter but still has a lot to learn.

Yep, it was kept interesting by just how close it was throughout. Not the fight most of us were expecting and I felt Simpson won it by a round, but like you say, you cannot argue at the result.

There was no way Smith did enough to win or take the title, no way.

Had Simpson edging it, crappy decision.

I thought I may have been biased, but I had Simpson up two rounds at least.

I had Simpson by two rounds. But there were rounds that could have gone either way...obv went the other way.

He will be gutted and quite rightly so

Had it 115-113 Simpson, not a fight I'd watch again, but there were plenty of close rounds so can see how a judge could have it either way so no robbery but Simpson will feel hard done by for sure. On another note, I liked Smith in his post-fight interview, seemed like a decent bloke and gave Simpson his dues.

I thought Simpson won, but a close fight (which it was) was always going to go Warren's ahem Smith's way.

Yeah, Simpson won it by a few, another amazing decision and no-one who could change things in boxing even squeaks about it.

Thought Smith ruined the fight with the constant holding, the constant digs behind Simpson's ear when holding were pathetic.

Here we go again??? You do this all the time, I suppose it's like the time I lost my power cos I didn'tstop Matthew Ellis when in fact I did..:patsch:huh:patsch

Listen last night was a close fight but in my view I think Stephen done enough, Rematch, maybe?? I personally think the Simpson fight is a tougher fight than the Lindsay fight, Simpson is non stop while Lindsay is a thinker and needs time, he won't out think Stephen Smith I'll bet that much..:good

sorry but i see the fight different from you, simpson looked like a seasoned pro and Smith was like a very fit amateur with no in fighting game, the difference was there for all to see. I appreciate it was a close fight but the difference with quality punches landed was clear to me. Yeah did stop stop Ellis but so ****ing what, the guy is and was a bum towards the end of his career.

Funny you should say that tony coz last night right before the simpson smith fight I turned to my cousin (it was his first time at a live bout) and said apparently the winner gets Lindsay but for Smith this fight is a tougher fight than Mirtin will be.

I still reckon John would beat Lindsay too though (I had John winning last night too though)

My point was you talk absoloute BS!!

You have done it so many times and I have personally caught you out on numerous occasions, You say silly things.

I did not say it wasn't close with Swift last night cos it was BUT Swift did not look amateur at all!! he boxed a hard fought up close fight, He won the first 4 rounds and definitley won the last 3 in my eyes.. Me stopping Ellis meant nothing BUT reading a thread started by yourself the nextt day thatt said I didn't was quite funny and also quite pathetic..

    Cheerio..;)

No you tit i said Ellis was not knocked out, yes you stopped him but he was nowhere near hurt, so i questioned this mystical power that you supposedly have.
