Think he defintley deserves a rematch man .Props to Smith .I just don't think he done enough to win the belt especially on Scottish soil man .Most posters on here have Simpson by a couple of rounds .I think Simpson would win a rematch in Liverpool .He's known to fight better away .What do you's think is next and best move for Simpson

He deserves a rematch, but in truth I'd be flipping my pick and picking Smith, even though I had it for Simpson last night.

A rematch would be in liverpool and if he gets jobbed in his hometown he'd need to KO smith down there to get a draw

Although on the other hand his away record is far more impressive than his home one these days

If he gets a rematch he needs to start quicker, and not give away the first 3 or 4 rounds like last night.

I still had him winning last night, but its always gonna be difficult to make up that kinda deficit and narrow points losses come with the territory.

    shocking decision imo.

I had 116-113 Simpson. Certainly deserves a rematch.

he didn't get Smith on the ropes though and work the body like he normally does.

I still feel that John was jobbed last night. Every single time he's in a close fight it seems to go against him. From what I've seen, he deserved the wins over Williams, Matthews and now Smith.

I personally would like a rematch failing that id like john to go down to super bantam weight but only for some form of title

I personally feel that Simpson should get a shot at Lindsay and I would rather see that then Smith-Lindsay. Otherwise as Billy says I would be interested to see him at 122, how easily could he make the weight Billy?

It's sad for him man .I think he defintley deserves a Lindsay fight man and just don't think Smiths done enough to win the belt .Back to the drawing board man , pish .

I wouldn't say back to the drawing board he has only ever lost razor thin decisions against the very best in this country. All it would take is a big win against a Lindsay and he would finally have the platform to grow and gain some momentum.

Brilliant mate looking forward to Hughes Marsh man next week .Get Simpson in there with Poonsawat Kratingdaenggym .Simpson takes this man first round ko .Only joking it's interesting to see how he'd be at superbantamweight .I would like to see him in the mix man .Munroe Booth both on world title fights man .A shot at one of them on a Burns defence .

Could John make SBW? His frame seems far to big to get down that far. If he could he would have the power to finish anyone at the weight.
