Ever since JMM fought Floyd everyone says "he's past it, shot, no better than Morales in the 3rd Pac fight etc etc"...

His only 2 losses in MORE THAN 4 YEARS WERE AGAINST PACQUIAO AND MAYWEATHER...

He went life and death X2 with the consensus best fighter in the world...

ESB ranks him #5 on the list

The Ring puts him at #3....

GIVE JMM THE PROPS HE DUE...THE GUY CAN BOX, COUNTERPUNCH, AND IS VERY EFFECTIVE AT TIMING FIGHTERS (SEE BOTH PAC FIGHTS) AND IS ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTERS IN THE WORLD TODAY.

I wouldnt call him shot based on the Mayweather fight, should be fighting nowhere near WW. He is past his best though, not shot, but past his best.

JMM is an ATG boxer in my book but I don't think that at WW he is a threat to anyone of the top guys. Even at JrWW I think a guy like Amir Khan can handle him relatively easy. And I don't even have Khan in my top15 p4p.

JMM seems to have lost a step since his move up to LW and even moreso after going up to WW and back down to LW

BTW I just noticed that Hopkins has been dropped out of the top10 p4p.

Still enjoying a sneer I see Hozumi.

You never told me if you bet on your prediction of Poonsawat KO'ing Dunne in 3.

You laugh yet you rank Sergio #4.
Whether u agreed with decision or not it was a close fight.

Plus PW shut out Winky. Sure, not prime Winky, it was an inactive version, but that's not PW's fault. It was a thorough beatdown. Not to mention beating the glove loader and avenging his only loss by round 1 KO.

    Why the laughter?

He's quite clearly past it, and there's nothing disrespectful about saying it. ...Actually it's more respectful to recognize that the man that went into damn deep water with Juan Diaz at lightweight is a past it version of an at best natural super featherweight JMM.
