Apparently in the lead up to the Arguello fight his dog was hit by a car and he promised to take care of it instead of fighting.

Strange but true. Apparently Marcel loved animals and would set up training camp on a farm. He would spend hours each day helping out on the farm with the animals.

After retirement he became a vet beleive it or not.

I did'nt even make that explanation sound, whatsoever, believable.

Also it would be interesting to hear some of the people's thoughts on why Marcel is not great. Come on don't be shy, there is 3 of you guys and I expect to hear your cases.

 

I knew it. It was too similar to my Zapata/Electrician anecdote.

 

I'd say that tripod article would be a tad more misinforming. What a pile of ****.

 

Marcel the vet and Zapata the electrician. I wonder what Laguna and Pedrosa did as second jobs? Baker and Milkman?
