I don't know, I don't keep track of everything May says. He also said he was in permanent retirement before fighting JMM. Why were there negotiations going on for a Pac fight then? Why didn't May just say after the Mosley fight he wouldn't be fighting anyone this year? Why were there a hundred threads on ESB wishing for a Pac-May fight happening at the end of 2010? Same thing with every boxing websites. Now that the fight is officially off, it's too easy to use a random quote (from I don't know where) of May saying he would be fighting once a year.

I just disagree with you . Being a congressman in the Phillipines I'm sure is more a being the mayor to Phx AZ. Floyd was in mor pressure with a bigger Oscar than Manny's weight drained, hooked up to IV's ten minutes before the fight Oscar . Floyd fought undefeated Ricky Hatton. Manny fought turnbuckled Ricky . Floyd fought Shane who destroyed Margarito (who's Manny's next opponent ) while Manny fought Clottey who was granted a title fight after a lost. If Manny loses its no big deal. It was expected. If Floyd loses god knows what will happen. I'm sure he'll be compared to RJJ in regard to saying Floyd fought nobody .

Pac fans are rejoicing because theyve been saying all along that Floyd is terrified of Pac. Now theyve been proven right. Truthfully, I find *******s very shallow to poke fun of Floyds fear because we all have been scared at one point in our lives. I do not condone this rejoicing at all.
Now if Floyd fight Pac in May. Then he isnt scared. But if he waits til end of the year and drag it into 2012. Then not only will Mayweather be considered the biggest duck in history but his legacy will be equivalent to someone like Simon Brown. Irrelevant.
