That was so awkward. That interviewer sounds like an amateur, he seems so incompetent. And it's always frustrating to hear Pac speak in English. But he gets a free pass since that's not his first language.

I give Pac credit for agreeing to all of Floyd's demands. But that doesn't necessarily answer everything. Did he agree to the 1st or 2nd demand? There's a big difference. I find it hard to believe Manny would cave in to 60/40 in favor of Floyd and blood tests w/o a cutoff date. Also, if he in fact agreed to testing without a window, wouldn't that suggest to us that he lied about not being able to train if he takes a blood test close to the day of the fight? He's obviously suggesting to us he can suck it up and find a way to get through it. But why didn't he do that during round 1 of negotiations?

 

Why in god's name would Manny Pacquiao agree to 60/40. Nobody in Boxing today deserves a bigger slice of the pie than the Filipino.

 

But that's exactly my question. If he agreed to "everything" it suggests to me he caved in to 60/40 which is what Floyd is allegedly asking for.

Pacquiao will be fighting Margarito in front of 70,000 to 100,000 people. Floyd can't do that, especially now that he had that anxiety attack for all the world to see. His name is now Mud Mayweather. I would still hold Floyd accountable for the fight not happening. Manny should not be expected to take 60/40 against anyone. Ludicrous.

The followup questions should have been related to exactly what those demands were......the fan in this regard is left out in the cold not knowing exactly what was it that Pacquiao agreed to.

Personally I dont believe that Pacquiao agreed to not having a window to stop testing.
What Pac may have agreed to is the 14 day window that was previously rejected by Pacquiao.

Did Pac agree or did he not agree to take less of a split than Mayweather?????
