It may sound silly when you have people like Pacquiao and Floyd fighting at the moment with worthy mentions such as Judah, Khan, John and a few others.

But I was just watching the Mtagwa fight (after watching Juanma get pasted by him - hey theres not much to do at 5am :D).

But I think its perfectly plausible to say Gamboa has the fastest hands in boxing.

    Whats your take on this?

  3. Dan Rafael said the same thing about Gamboa.

I don't think he's faster than Pacquiao, though.

Hes faster than Pacquaio putting combos together. One shot, I still think that left from Manny is tremendous. Whats carzy is I think Floyd has a quicker release than Pac as far as one punch is concerned.

Khan may be faster but Gamboa is faster than Pacquiao but Gamboas combinations are great, just like Roy Jones 20 years ago

I won't argue with that. He just might be the fastest, but Floyd is very fast and Pac has great speed.
Being that Salido is not a fast handed puncher, I expect Gamboa to be putting some nice combos together.

He's very fast, but not the fastest. I think the fastest go Pacquiao, Floyd, Khan, and then probably Gamboa. The fluidity of his combinations probably make him seem faster than those others but he's not...right up there though.

"Fast" Eddie Chambers is the fastest.

Gamboa isn't half as fast as him.

TOTALLY AGREE, Gamboa has the fastest hands in boxing. I posted a thread like this months ago, and most of the people agreed!

His speed releasing unexpected punches is second to none, plus no one puts faster combos together, all in all Yuriorkis is the fastest boxer today...:good
