had khan fought madana when he should have done, he would have been a fghting a guy who lost closely to kotelnik, and who hadnt really beaten anyone.

now all of a sudden maidana has gone from unknown to being perceived as this huge punching warrior, and this of course adds prestge to what should be a routne mandatory defence.

Khan could/should box circles round him all night, but you'll always be on the edge of your seat because Maidana has that great leveller in his power. Throw Khan's suspect chin into the equation and it should be a very interesting fight

 

Hopefully this **** will take place at Madison Square Garden so I can go see it!

I've just seen it all before. I predicted Khan had a weak chin before he turned pro but I was defending him when there was stupid threads about ***an or Malignaggi stopping him. The result is always the same when it doesn't happen. They'll just look forward to the next fight and predict a KO loss there too. It's a cycle with Khan,
