    Boxing needs this ..Why wouldn't they go through with this ..

    These next rds in this tournament is what the fans deserve ..Real fights against the divisions' best.

    Dirrell will win on points. Ward will lose all of the early rounds up to 5 and then a few more.

    It'll be a classy event.

    I'm sure this will be a box off ..Its hard to pick a winner in this one ..Im leaning towards Ward but Dirrell always shocks everybody ..

    It only makes sense if the fans supports this ****..........and sadly there are so many who does.................

    and so many don't support the super six..................:-(

    For some two years ago, we all cried out for the best 160 - 168 to fight the best.........but it never happend....................why............because of the Wright, Hopkins, Jones, Pavlik, Bute, Calzaghe, Ottke and sadly..... Ward ? kind of old thinking fighters and there promoters.....................

    Every boxing fans should give credit to Martinez, Kessler, Froch, Abraham, Taylor, Dirrell, Miranda, Andrade and Green ........kind of fighters......true warriors.........................:bbb

    These 2 could fight now then possibly have a trilogy ..Lets hop they don't act like Jones and Hopkins and fight when their young once.

    I thought it would be kinda odd for them to pull out of the tournament w/ the whole world as a witness for Showtime's case. These guys had to know that they would eventually fight each other coming up @ the same time in the SMW division. Showtime just needs to pick a neutral venue & get it over w/. I understand that Ward has been in Oakland all 3 fights, but if you put this one in Dirrell's home town it will just leave the opportunity for Ward to cry about home cooking.

    What they should have done from the gate is have all nuetral locations that all the fighters would have agreed too .Or they could of all started at nuetral locations but then the winners get the home court ..

    color me skeptical but i don't think this fight is going to get made
    there must be an injury loophole to get out of the tournament (i.e., JT and Kessler) and there is already public concern (dr. goodman in the most recent issue of ring) that dirrell is fighting way too soon after an obviously devastating concussion

    They would have to prove that sed injury ..I doubt they would risk a legal battle with Showtime .

    This fight needs to happen for the super six to come off a success......

    Froch vs AA
    Ward vs Dirrell

    as the finals could not get any better...... the injured and conquered have fallen to the wayside, and these two fights are not only awsome clashes of opponents, but equally as intreaguing and are exactly the type of fights (with everything on the line and all things considered) the type of fights that we boxing fans thrive on.

    I believe it will happen, and that the S.S will be a success when its all said and done, and the next stage of this tourny has me pumped the way only boxing can do.
