I can't you have Dirrell at least 27 places over Froch. Regardless of who you thought won, it was close and Froch has a much better resume.

After his next bout, his previous five fight resume will be: Abraham, Kessler, Dirrell, Taylor and Pascal. The only one he lost, was a close decision to Kessler. Obviously the Abraham result isn't known but that should be close too. That's a quality resume, much more than Dirrell's.

I think you could make a better argument for Froch in the top 10, than out of the top 40. Dirrell, in my view, doesn't belong in the top 30.

I have Abraham in my top 40 and besides Dirrell was dominating him. HTH Gamboa is a beast but he hasnt beaten anyone of note if he beats Salido convincingly he will go up. Gamboa has beaten an Abraham type opponent and I though Dirrell also clearly beat Froch.

Clotteys only losses are to top notch foes his win over Zab and fighting Cotto on almost even terms keeps him in my top 40.

Martinez gets a high ranking cause honestly the PFP top 10 is not as deep as it use to be. In other eras Martinez would barely crack the top 10. His loss to Margo was 10yrs ago he was robbed against Cintron and i had him beating Williams by 3 points.

IMO PFP the guys above Wlad would beat him if they were the same weight. Wlad will move up eventually but i still havent forgot about his ko losses to Brewster,Sanders. If he blows thru Peter hes definitely moving up.

Where is Froch? And why is Wonjongkam so low?

Biased list, surprised Chad Dawson wasn't top 3

Mares is a helluva talent and i thought he beat Perez. WHo beat Agbeko who beat Darchinyan. Watch Mares will be a top 10 pfp in a year or 2.

Froch just missed the cut and he got a gift over Dirrell i dont even count that:nono Wonjongkam could be higher but he needs a win over a name guy, fighting Nonito,Vic,Segura,Calderon those type of guys would put him higher.

    1. You ****er, you added Abraham since my comment. Boxed Ears can see the edit.
    2. You're giving credit to Clottey for being on even terms with Cotto in your view, in a loss, to a faded Cotto who had a headbutt cut most of the fight and was still on even terms with him. He lost to all his top opponents save Judah and Judah wasn't exactly a great fighter when he fought him, was he? Meanwhile Adameck has a win over a better fighter than anybody Clottey beat with Cunningham, imo. And he's been a champ in two weight classes, one of which he was THE champion. Clottey has one win in a title fight. One. ONE. In one weight class. Adameck is also a top five ring ranked fighter in a third weight class. Clottey just came off a lopsided loss in a fight he essentially gave up in. While Adamek is coming off how many straight wins?

With your Wlad point, you're right.. Wlad is my number 3 or 4 period......

With Martinez... he lost a close one to Williams (who was p4p ranked)..

He got a draw with Cintron when it was obvious he won and knocked Cintron out... n he showed that he had great boxing skills that fight....

He lost to Margarito but who hasn't lost to Margocheato...

And he beat Pavlik.. so its obvious to say this is a guy who never got the opportunity before until a late age but has always giving people problems and has just made his break..... in other words, he's a top ten talent.. I'd put him at 6 behind Pac, May, Wlad, JMM, and Williams.. maybe even Mosley.. but can actually fight.... unlike the people you guys like to name
