The one time he didn't, he got annihilated!

Do you agree that Khan has feasted on light-hitters pre and post Prescott?

With that being said, why are so many people backing him vs Maidana?

He's never shown defensive wizardry to keep Maidana off for 12 rounds, and has never shown he can take a punch off a decent puncher!

Revelatory thread. Khan has handpicked opposition OH MAN YER FULL OF IT DATS NOT TRUE HERP DERP

He'll beat Maidana not defensively, but offensively. He'll beat him to the punch every time. He'll send combos and his jab through the holes in Maidana's game. Khan is not a defensive wizard, but he has the speed of hand and foot to capitalize on a slower, less fundamentally sound fighter. Kotelnik says Khan will actually starch him- i think that's a stretch because he will fight a very reserved fight, but Khan UD is a somewhat safe bet.

    Kotelnik said that?

Khan's footwork and head-movement or lack of will let him down! He will try and be in and out but WILL get caught. I think it might even be as early as the 2nd!

Maidana looked shite against Corley, and even Khans's recent light hitting opponents are better than Chop-Chop. Maidana looks progressively worse in every fight.

I think this as well. If he can go without getting caught easy UD, but I feel he will sooner or later. If Maidana punches when Khan punches I don't think Khan will be able to get out of the way all night.

Kotelnik would like a rematch with Amir Khan, but doesn't think the British fighter will meet the challenge. He gives Khan the edge to stop mandatory Marcos Maidana on December 11. Kotelnik is the only man to beat Maidana, but the fighter from Ukraine was later beaten by Khan.
"Khan is looking for opponents who are unknown. For example, he would knock Maidana out," Kotelnik said. "My fight with Alexander was a good fight, but I believe that my best fights are still ahead. After my match with Alexander, Emanuel Steward, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Evander Holyfield said that I won. This can be confirmed by Don King."
Kotelnik predicts that Alexander will beat Tim Bradley in their unification fight scheduled for January 29 of next year.
"He beat me and took 10 steps back. Now everyone knows who Kotelnik is. I think that Alexander will beat Bradley because Bradley is an easier opponent than I am," Kotelnik said.

Not funny no. Just saying, out of his 24 fights, 23 have been against light-hitters. The one time he didn't fight a light-hitter, he got annihilated. Don't you see how this is relevant to his potential upcoming fight against legit banger Maidana?

So other than Maidana and Prescott (who he's fighting and/or fought), where's the legions of 'heavy-hitters' he has run away from?

Listen, you deluded nuthugger. Con has feasted on light-hitters his entire career, the one time he didn't, WAS Breidis Prescott! And we all know what happened there! :hey:hey:hey

i think Khan will let his defences slip, Maidana will capitalize and Khan will be out cold by round 8...it might happen as soon as the 3rd...either that or a really boring Haye vs Valuev like crap running away "fight".

If maidana's right hand hits khan on the chin, it's over.

I was live at Maidana/Ortiz and you could hear his punches smashing into victor.
