you make it sound like a bad thing? I think he's quite up front about it - he wants to box, become world champion, make some money and get as far as he can get before he turns 31, because he wants to retire with brains intact.

fair enough. I think he's a ***** for ducking Kilts after talking the talk, but i can't criticize his life plan if that's what he wants to do.

I don't see it happening. He hasn't made enough money to retire without a couple of Kilt fights and he won't get those done and take out A-Force all in 13 months. He'll need 13 months just to recover from the Brutaal War he'll endure with the A-Bomb. :rofl:rofl:rofl

Some would say that winning Cruiserweight of the decade from Ring and becoming WBA HW Champ after unifying the Cruisers is already quite a legacy

Haye is a disgrace to the sport. Cherrypicking and collecting paper belts whenever a bum holds one. He should retire right now or he should finally fight anyone remotely good, get KTFO again to solve that issue once and for all.

As a boxing fan I will say it is a bad thing.

His actions have been very upfront about it, because it is obvious what he is doing. His words, however, (still) tell a different story of knocking out Klitschkos and unfair contracts. So as a result of this he signs to fight Harrison? :huh

Thing is all his fans seem to turn a blind eye to this blatant ducking, and will walk to the end of the earth for a man that is just milking them for their money.

I will not respect a fighter that clearly takes fans for rides to make himself rich. I understand perfectly this is a buisness, and every fighter is in it to make money. As a champion he is expected to take risks, and fight the best. And if you believe his talk that is what he is doing.. which makes it that much more annoying.

If the names on his resume are enough for you to call it "a hell of a legacy" then that is fine.

I would disagree. At this point compared to champions past it is a very mediocre resume. A lot of this heat on his has to do with the fact that he would have you believe he is some sort of boxing God.... very far off. Smoke and mirrors this so called Champion is.
