Winky should come back and fight Clottey

I know he was a favorite of many but he's fat, he's old, he's inactive, he's unappealing, has overblown ego, he has no financial sense what so ever... and he's just not the same fighter he used to be. I wouldn't want to see him come back because I'm afraid I'll be embarrassed by what shows up, oh wait, that already happened against Williams.

I was a huge fan but **** him for being lazy. His pride has cost him millions because he won't stay active and keep his name out there.

I thought most of Wright's fights near the end of his career were entertaining (Both Mosley fights, Taylor fight, Vargas fight) I never understood the HATE Wright got from people. I think a lot of those haters never even saw him fight.

I never really seen people hate Wright very much, except a little when he was bitching and moaning after the Taylor fight... So not sure what you mean by Hate....
...The Mosley and Vargas fight were aight, not terribly boring, probably because of the names, but not exciting...Not the type of fights that kept you on the edge of your feet...More like the type fights where you could take a nice ****, fix yourself a sandwich, comeback and the same **** is still happening.

Wright will not be missed by me.

i just appreciated the man's skills.....excellent jab, great workrate, showed great poise in the ring.....plus i LOVE the work he did on trinidad....great fight even though some might find it/him boring.

I wasn't impressed by his workrate, imo, he lost to Vargas and Taylor because of his workrate in the latter rounds...I also felt he could have KO Trinidad had he tried, but he didn't.

But I can see how you would appreciate him in the ring, just not my cup of tea I suppose.

For Starters, he talked himself out of his biggest pay day against DLH! :yep

Basically, Winky said No to DLH, even though DLH offered him 6 million bucks..or more!

Are you joking? Because if you're not I would really want to see your proof, because I remember Wright called him out before but Oscar said no.

I remember what happened. Winky wanted the same money that Oscar was offering to Floyd. Oscar said that Winky wasnt half the draw Floyd is and didnt deserve that type of money. Winky then turned down the fight.
