A year vacation . It's simple Pacquiao fans. Let's say I pay you 40 million dollars . You won't have the "urge" to go back to your job(at burger king or wherever you may work) with your old boss giving you a deadline either. $40 million is taking the urge out of anybody . You can say he ducked or is a coward but honestly how many times have we all been through this same song and dance.

Is it getting old yet? Brian Kenny was giving Floyd **** for not fighting Baldomir when he was fighting Zab. He beats Baldomir then Brian Kenny gives **** on why not fighting Hatton. He beats Oscar and then Hatton then retires. Floyd comes back after 18 months later and fights JMM who's ranked # 2 P4P for a "tune up" fight. Brian Kenny gives **** once again and asks "why not Shane?" Floyd beats Shanes ass and admits he's going on vacation.

Floyd was quiet for 2nd round of failed negotiations but right after the 1st kick off pressconference of Manny/Margo he comes out taking ****. The rant reminded me of Floyd when he was all amped for Gatti. It was the most direct Floyd has been on the subject of Pacquiao . My point is that they will be fighting and once again it'll end the same as always . Floyd undefeated. On to the next boogeyman.Floyd talks **** but always backs it up. And quite frankly the man is honest for the most part and doesn't give excuses. He just doesn't have the urge and he's on vacation. Simple truth.

Manny opened his mouth like an idiot and said he gave into all of Floyd 's demands . Well keep that in mind when Floyd is ready to fight. 60/40 with testing up till the fight is acceptable, Manny shouldn't go back on his word. Expect the fight in May like usual for Floyd .

I can't envision Manny Pacquiao accepting a 60/40 split. Why should the fighter of the decade have to take 40% against anyone? Boggles the mind.

    He beats Pacquiao.

There's no use explaining this. If I made 40 million and just busted my ass for 10-12 weeks without doing much else than boxing, I'd want a little time away to vacation too.

Well thats a good question . We all know boxing is a business and he who brings in higher numbers gets to dictate and gets the lionshare. It won't be 60/40 but it won't be 50/50 neither. Numbers don't lie in this game and Manny will only be catching up to Floyd in two fights to Floyds one in PPV buys. Floyd is only 2nd to Tiger Woods in paid athletes . Manny barely is around Top 20. Legacy, titles and belts don't make you richer.:good

ARE YOU SAYING Pac should be blamed for the fight not happening if he does not agree with the 60/40 split?!

Why are the *****s justifying Foulweather's intentions or honeymoon with Ellerbe like they have inside knowledge on Floyd's mindset?

    WHY?

If he pushes for the 50/50 yes.
    60/40 to far as well.

    should be around 55/45.

so as a fan it's all right with you that he only fights once in a while? you seem at peace at the thought that floyd gets to have his vacation and enjoy his money. are you a part of the team where you get to spend vacation for a year too and spend all that money?

Floyd cares more about MONEY than a vacation chief! He calls himself "money mayweather" for a reason. And the sound of $60 Million PLUS in one night would have Floyd doing any song and dance necessary to make money.....That's the OLD Floyd. The new Floyd seems to feel his undefeated record is worth more than $60+ Million or it's his pride. What ever it is the public is calling him a chicken....or in this case a "Duck".

In all honesty Floyd don't need PAC. He can make money...just not nearly as much if he were to face PAC. And Floyd don't really care about legacy so beating PAC if he thought he could wouldn't really mean that much to him. Floyd has always said Boxing is just a way to make money....and he loves MONEY. There are a lot of questionable comments and actions that come from Floyd that have everyone :huh
