If Pacquiao agreed to 14 day cutoff we'd have had the fight already. Instead he waits until Floyd has a legacy and bank account building fight with a HOF and top 3 p4p fighter, and then he goes trying to cash in on the deal he turned down before. I don't know about you, but a $40 million pay day and a huge win would be enough for me to want to take some time off. Especially when you know that an even bigger payday is waiting for you, and the people are still talking about you non-stop.

And mine being, that there was no evidence that Pacquiao was ever on PED's and he didn't have to submit himself to Mayweather's UNREASONABLE demand. Especially, when it's on record that Pacquiao thought the blood draw close to the Morale's fight weakened him. The fact is that this fight would have happened back in March without the faux OSDT being thrown into the mix.
