I've worred about Shane in that regard also. He repeatedly brings up Hopkins being successful in his 40's but fails to aknowledge that Bernard is a complete one off. Ask yourself who's taken more punishment between the two, amateur and pro. SHANE BY A MILE.

I pick Mora to beat him on points. I watched Shane's last fight live and he was beyond useless for 99% of the twelve rounds.

:rofl Shane is way past his prime, you guys crack me up, when he lost Cotto, everyone was saying he was way more passed than Hoya in 07, but now 3 years later and pushing 40, he might still have it :nut

Another thing Shane fails to see is Bernard really SLOWED down after the Joppy fight, Bernard used to break fighters down and really bust them up before stopping them, the last 5 years all he does now is outpoint them, he also carefully picks his opponents. Shane is really pushing his luck.

maybe like holyfield...mos def not like rjj....hes still tough though and is arguably the hardest puncher at 147...

last thing to go is your power and shane's speed is still up there...losing to mayweather dont mean u done

Also, Hopkins is getting older. He'd rather save his energy for the later rounds so he could win on points rather than pound up fighters like he used to. He was kinda lucky to get the ko against DLh because I'm sure he wasn't looking for it. I didn't see the Joppy fight but heard he scored a crazy amount of powershots.

Shane isnt his best but he is not shot you dimwit. do you fail to see the differene between the two.

    evander rjj is shot.

    jmm shane past their prime.

as for the hoya comment those people dont know **** and you dont, shane could have had a draw in that fight or possibly won if it was in california.

Correct. If he loses to Mora, that will truly question what he has left.

Shane's shot. Thing is he never faced somebody that really showed he was shot, until he faced Floyd. He's been on steady decline. The Cotto fight clearly showed it.

Shane is clearly broke (or will be if he retires) if you read between the lines in his interviews. He's fighting out of need, not desire.

Shane is old, over the hill, whatever the **** u wanna call it, and has been in decline for years, ever since moving down from 154 hasn't been the same. 10 years ago NO fighter was as fast as Mosley, today, not only are there guys as fast as him but there are alot of guys faster.

The Cotto fight is a perfect example, the 2001 version of Mosley would've did a real number on Cotto and got the stoppage. I won't be surprised if Mosley struggles or even loses to Mora.

He looked bad against Mayorga, clear up until the last 10 seconds. He needed that KO, because I thought he was losing up until that point... against Mayorga, of all people.:nut Just crazy.
