Andre dirrell has the lot!!!

he has great physical talent but question marks over his heart/head. I think Ward will use this and Dirrell will be complaining to the ref while Ward drags him into deep water and drowns him.

 

Watch his opponents if you want to see just how little he is actually doing to them. He is just a flashy **** who fakes KO's. **** him.

 

he is fast with great defence, but he could get called up on ducking below the belt. AA is short and Dirrell is putting his head below the belt and that is not allowed. he spent huge amounts of the froch fight ducking below the belt and holding too much, even got a point taken off.

 

Unbelievably quick but i think he could be disheartened by the right opponent, put on a clinic against Abraham when coming in as the underdog, that deserves props.

 

He isn't a good boxer. He has a lot of technical flaws and far too many to be considered as highly as you do. To compare him to Whitaker or Leonard is just miles off.

Dirrell is the sort of fighter who always gets overrated on ESB. It happened with Alexander, is happening with Pirog and it's the same story with Dirrell. Decent fighter, has an appealing style when you first see him, but there's no substance.

Froch and Abraham were both perfect for him. He should have beaten both with ease but he didn't. I picked Froch over him and him to beat Abraham but both performances were very underwhelming.

Aside from any physical ability, he doesn't have a fighters heart.

 

ah that old chestnut, you're referring to the Abraham fight? I don't think he faked that at all, why would he? he was kicking Abrahams butt! And..I wanted Arthur to win, so no bias here.

 

Most of these people havent even stepped inside a ring. Who cares what they think!

 

I'll copy previous posts later because I've been through it all before. Tell me though, what does he do well technically?

 

I agree w/ you to an extent. He is fast & flashy. Doesn't possess huge power & his heart is questionable. If he tightened up his defense & somehow gets the fighter's spirit, he could be on of the best fighters in the sport.
