Mayweather CLEARLY stated in the ring with Larry Merchant and then more extensively in the post fight conference what the terms were, "No test. No fight. Not negotiable." Does this really need to be explained? Being a great in this sport isn't defined by your 0, it's defined by consistency and longevity against quality opposition.
