check out another uk prospect. obviously people from the uk will know him well, but but for others who havnt heard of him heres one his rescent fights. his ko ratio isnt great but he's ko'd 9 of his last 10 so he's growing into the weight. i think he'll be challenging berto and american prospect mike jones in the future.

Been watching Kell Brook for the last couple of years, looks a very talented fighter. Throws punches from the hip, but generates good power.

Kels underrated if anything (IMO). He's got sublime timing and excellent power. He'll be sparking Berto and jones over the next few years

    Kel is Special

Bit harsh, only 24 years old and looked very impressive in his last few fights. Be interesting to see how he gets on against Jennings.

Im hoping that after Brook does the business against Jennings hes guna start pestering and shouting for people at world level.

I always think its easy to look world class at a lesser level only to have all your flaws exposed when you step up against a top quality fighter and ive seen it happen to British prospects all too often. Im hoping Kel aint one of them cuz he looks very good so far and he does hit hard these days now hes learned how to plant his feet at the right times.

But i think the Jennings fight will make things clearer, im convinced he aint fought many better to date than Jennings who is a very tidy domestic and European operator. If he causes Brook problems then maybe we should worry about him being able to work at world level after all.

I must of missed some boxing news somewhere though cuz i thought that fight was off due to an injury to Brook.

Poor defence, moves back in straight lines. Not ready to mix it up with the likes of Berto, Mosley, Cotto etc.

He isnt fighting regularly enough at this stage of his career, he should be fighting 4 or maybe five times until he gets a world title.

    good power
    good speed
    good reflexes.

not sure about his chin yet.

Agree with Spud here. Its been a long time since he has fought and before that there was a long break too. I haven't been keeping up to date much but has he been riddled with injuries or were these breaks out of choice to help mature a bit, after all he is still 24.

I'd sort of agree with this...."Bog Raider" Brook has some fundamental flaws that his fans don't see but anyone at a level higher than he is fighting at the moment will take advantage of. I wish him all the best as he is a local lad but I can honestly see Jennings giving him a boxing lesson.
