I became a fan when I saw the Lewis-Vitali fight and when I saw the Wlad-Peter fight. Wlad always comes across as a great guy. Both times he was on On The Ropes he was very open and happy to talk. Its frustrating being a Klitschko fan these days though. The big legacy fights that they are trying to make don't ever seem to happen because the Sauerland fighters are scared, then they get stick for fighting dangerous punchers like Peter and Briggs

At this point I'd just like to see Vitali get a good retirement fight. It looks like Adamek is probably his best bet now, but he wont get any credit for it anyway

You do realise it was amateur boxing dont you? I've been talking about his pro career. And you've got some nerve calling anyone or anything "apologist".

I'm sure you're the perfect man who's never made one mistake.

As he's always a cheat, can you list all the times he's been guilty of using drugs in the pro ranks? Ta!

They seem like nice enough chaps.

 

Of course i've nade mistakes, but i've generally paid the price for them.

Moot point as far as i'm concerned, if it was up to me he wouldn't have been able to join the professional ranks after having been caught with a positive test.

 

both intelegent humble guys with a calm and soft nature. there not made to be fighters in that sense. they dont feel the need to entertain and prove them selves which isnt good to watch.

 

Wlad especially is alrite. Technically brillaint fighter and very intelligent and decent outside the ring. Wlad actually has a decent sense of humour.

I like it when he said about david Haye...."it will be pizza face for 12 rounds then knock out in the 12th" lol

 

They turn fights into one big bore fest.

They have all the advantages but play safe and break people down with no risk to themselves.

As people they come across ok.
