Man, what a funny picture! He looks like he just arrived from Cuba.
Poor Salido, he really thinks he has a chance? :scaredas:
Hey, at least he mentioned God and seems that he believes in HIM, I wish the best for Salido but he will not win, I just wish that he does'nt end up badly hurt because Gamboa can be very vicious when he lets his ultra powerful combos go !!! :good

YUP, no chance for Salido. Gamboa is the best most explosive boxer-puncher today and for many years to come. :blood

    :yep

It would be funny if Salido managed to pull off the upset, and then in November, Rafa ending up knocking Juanma the **** out...ESB would be in a state of shock and The Bobfather would have a heart attack

This is boxing and both Salido (output, conditioning) and Rafa (counterpunching, sharp-shooting) present something new to Gamboa and JuanMa. Now I think Gamboa's speed and power will be too much and Marquez is too small for a FW and badly faded anyway, but they are no pushovers and many Top Rank fighters ended up upset by the underdogs in the past few years.

i dont think Salido will be a pushover at all, and should be taken very seriously...
    but...
i EXPECT Gamboa to RJJ him and get a KO/TKO in the mid rounds
hopefully he sharpens up his defense and not get TOO aggressive or he'll get caught bad at this level

I'm backing Gamboa in every fight until he loses.

I like him to beat anyone at 126 or 130 - his combination of speed, skill and power is lethal.

Actually that title is co-held by Luis Manuel Rodriguez and Sugar Ramos who on March 21 1963 both unified the WBC and WBA titles in their respective divisions.
