    Floyd proved that **** wrong...i remember when he was at 135 and they was talkin about how he wanted to move up in weight for oscar and mosley too

    the mosley **** was quickly forgetten and the haters never bring mosley up these days..wonder why???

    Shocking accuracy to the head by Floyd (due to Sharmba's head movement) as he himself admits in the post fight interview. He dominated but it was not that impressive of a performance against a past it opponent. Floyd looked pretty foolish in that 3rd round with all those missed punches.

    Manny's head movement is going to give him fits if they ever fight.

    I'm tired of repeating this: Mosley fought Vargas twice in '06 and said something like, "Me and Floyd can get it on next year". The fight didn't happen that soon as DLH fought Floyd instead. Basically I'm under the assumption that De la Hoya wanted Mosley to "step down" so he could face Mayweather. At the end, Floyd fought both but I'm sure a Shane from years back would've put on a better showing.

    I would have been pissed if the fight happened back then. Mosley looked like **** against Vargas in the first fight, and Vargas looked downright terrible. I really thought that Mosley was shot at that point. I'm glad both waited.

    im glad both waited too but I seriously think mosley was lacking in confidence its always easy to read mosley if you watch him go back to his corner in tough fights you can read him thinking im not going to win this fight.
    I didnt think he was shot and didnt think he looked like ****, that soul crushing left hook he landed lifted vargas off his feet, after the most fighters say whatever bring em on i just want to fight the best mosley really wasnt intrested in boxing in my opinion mosley didnt have the desire
    proved us wrong tho he went on to beat alot of good guys

    what head movement? the guy is there to be hit.
    he is willing to eat a punch to give 3 and that is how that fight will go
    all a matter of who will be more effective
    mannys head movement is in his footwork and his footwork is as quick as alot of african americans might I say but not as coordinated which leads to him being off balance at times
    simply more speed then his body is use to the juice busted him loose

    no one is saying he ducked floyd if thats were your going. however thats what mosley should have said on hbo when larry asked him aswell as when briand and max asked him on espn, i think he had confidence issues and he looked like he needed a year off honestly. But wouldnt you rather the fight happen after the margarito and had mosley the reghning welter weight champion fight mayweather instead of the confidence lacking family troubled version of mosley? all he needed was to fight floyd in the middle of that **** and floyd would have beat him before they came in the ring for sure. good thing arum thought mosley was shot lol @ arum

    pretty decent fight. floyd doesn't waste a lot of energy. Very efficient fighter.
