On one hand I want CroCop to kick his head off & go out on his back in a title shot (very long shot I know), but on the other I genuinely felt sorry for Mir (which is a rarity) in his last fight, putting all that mass on & then finding out within 2 minutes what most already knew, that it wasn't the answer. I honestly think, unless the weight loss/gain has taken its toll, that Mir's stand-up is too good for Mirko in 2010. Also, you won't be seeing Frank letting Mirko get back to his feet either. I'm definitely part of the 'one last head-kick please' crowd though.
mir is a douche i hope he gets beat brutaly and then gets cut and goes to strikeforce and has to fight fedor and gets destroyed and put in a retirement home

cro cop is my favourite fighter but i don't think he'll win this. the reason is because he never seems to be enjoying himself. he talks about giving up fighting, and doesn't seem to have much self-confidence. his heart isn't in fighting anymore imo.
you're forgetting something..he already "retired".. 2 times...but came back. he seems disinterested most of the time...he wasn't supposed to fight again after his fight vs Pat Barry but for some reason...he became the # 1 choice for nog's replacement. maybe it's a one fight deal again ?
