    manny is quicker.....floyd gots one shot speed, but at combos he aint lightning quick like manny

    If we're talking one shot speed, I think Floyds straight right is faster than anything Manny throws. However Manny throws combinations at a scary speed.

    Floyd has the better REFLEXES, upper body agility, and handspeed.

    dapidran has the quicker feet.

    I don't even think mayweather is honsetly that fast... I think his timing explosiveness and placement gives the illusion of him having miraculous speed.
