uhhhhhhh u do no if you commit more than one crime they can just charge you with allll the crimes right? so it doesnt matter which is heavier....they charge you with 1 count misdemeanor and 1 count felony.....they didnt charge him because there was no case apparently.
he was arrested for larceny but the lvmpd are reccomending that the clark county district attourneys office also charge him with the battery domestic violence case
This has all the makings of a mutually abusive relationship. She probably said she lied during the first incident to protect his career and public image. She is of course linked to him forever because of the children. A poor incarcerated floyd does nothing for her.
They could have a video of Floyd punching this woman in the face, while taking Lexington Steele's unit in his butt, and some of the people on this forum would rationalize it as BS. I'm all for innocent til proven guilty, and I'm not ready to say this woman isn't lying, but some of you would claim innocence even with solid evidence. That is just as bad as these people who are already declaring Floyd a convicted felon.

The 33-year-old Mayweather said nothing as he left the Clark County jail Friday after surrendering for booking on a grand larceny charge. Bail was $3,000. Mayweathers lawyer, Richard Wright, says the charge stems from an allegation that Mayweather took an iPhone from Josie Harris, his ex-girlfriend and mother of three of his children. Harris made a police complaint and sought a protection order Thursday from a Family Court judge. She claims Mayweather hit her during a confrontation at her home in Las Vegas. Wright denies Mayweather committed any crime.

Even if she did lie previously and is lying about this current incident, Floyd still got her pregnant and now he is forever linked with her because of the kids. Guys, watch who you get pregnant. REALLY watch out.
