Wladimir Klitschko TKO 10 Sam Peter!!!

Peter was pathetic, he didn't even try. I was screaming at the screen every time there was a clinch "Don't hug him back, hit him you fat ****!" He had both arms free every time. Imagine if that was Joe Louis in there, Klitschko would get nailed every time he hugged. All peter did was enjoy a nice cuddle. Modern heavies are a ****ing joke.

 

Peter was awful but we all knew that going in. It was one of those fights that did not really need to happen.

 

It´s not true that Peter did not try. He did. For two rounds. Then he just folded, was happy to get into the clinch to avoid Klitschko´s punches waiting for a chance to land a big one. If the fight would have went on like the first two rounds it would have been a great one. Well, at least 1, 2 and 10 were good.

 

TKO? He was dropped and layed there for over a minute, sure it isn't classed as a KO?

 

Same old same old really.

I think Wlad could have opened up and finished it a lot earlier than he did, Peter was good for the first 2 rounds then he just dropped off.

Sam Peter is about as inept a challenger as I've seen, the man simply can't fight, endemic of today's heavyweights as a whole. He is colossally horrible.

I saw nothing particularly interesting about Wlad either. Wake me when he can actually throw a smooth combination instead of that robotic one-two.

Well, he threw quite a few uppercuts and left hooks. But yeah, he isn´t the smoothest combination puncher and only let´s loose when he has his man hurt.

 

This is not a classic thread. How can you even get excited over that? That was awful. I mean, ...that was awful.
