I just wanted to ask who fought better competion in their careers Mike Tyson or the Klitchko brothers. I know everyone is complaing that the heavyweight division is so bad right now, but when Tyson was fighting the only good fighter were Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis and Tyson only fought Holyfield.:yep

It's all subjective, both took on decent enough competition to test their skills.

Tyson, no question. Tucker, Thomas, Holmes, Spinks are better than anyone Wlad has ever fought.

This, also better than anyone Vitali ever fought, (Lewis does'nt count because Tyson also fought him)

you could also add Bruno, Smith, Berbick, Williams, these guys were'nt even that good but their still better wins than anyone of the Brothers wins, because the era is that bad ( thats not the brothers fault )

Add Ruddock, Bruno, Berbick, and Golota. Bottom line he lost to Lewis and Holyfield, the two greats on his resume albeit far past prime in Lewis case. Besides Holyfield and Lewis, I would not say Tony Thompson, Eddie Chambers, Rahman, Peter, Austin, Brewster are of a lower skill level than the fighters you have listed. That is a huge question, not no question.

Tyson last 8 fights prior to Douglas loss and downfall vs Klitschko last 8 fights:

    Carl Williams -- Sam Peter
    Frank Bruno -- Eddie Chambers
    Michael Spinks -- Ruslan Chagaev
    Tony Tubbs -- Hasim Rahman
    Larry Holmes -- Tony Thompson
    Tyrell Biggs -- Sultan Ibragimov
    Tony Tucker -- Lemon Brewster
    Pinklon Thomas -- Ray Austin
    James Smith -- Calvin Brock

    I'd say Klitschko

The 7 high lighted are clearly better the other 2 are up to debate, it should'nt really be a question if you know their history and have watched them fight.
