i think the question is quality wins not losses.

Floyd period. When you want to do an analysis like this you need to analise the fights per se. Oscar "lose"to Trinidad a fight that he easily wins. There is no boxer in all the modern punch stats that came close to Floyd. Floyd beat all his adversaries with the higher punch percentage stats and with the lowes punch taken. No matter if the fighter is tall like Oscar or Corrales, no matter is if it is a brawler like hatton and Jesus Chaves and no matter if the are power boxers like Mosley and giving pouns to the other opponents. Castillo was like 10 pounds heavier at the fight, Oscar too and Baldomir. And he has beaten this guys without first dehydrate them before the fight a la Pac. Pac has lost 3 fights has been ko 2 times and has lost both times to Marquez. This thread is good, but it is a little bit biased or the one who posted the poll did not take in account what i explain here. You need to take in account this too.

the problem is Floyds wins over "great" fighters are all at the end of their careers, so they are post-prime imo. Hatton, Oscar, Marquez...He has good wins over Corrales and Castillo, but I think Oscar, Hopkins, and Pac beat a lot more top fighters at their best. I think Floyd is probably the best technical fighter of them though.

Pacquiao and Hopkins in my opinion, and that is way they are 1 and 2 on my respective 'Top 10 fighters of the decade list'.

    Floyd takes third.

Get with the times. Wonjongkam shattered the Kameda myth rendering all further Koki Kameda replies lame and outdated!

People dont know what a quality win is nowdays.......

Duran beating Leonard is true quality.

    Hopkins over Trinidad.

    Pacquiao over MAB first fight.

......these types of fights are true quality wins over existing HOF quality fighters......

Pacquiao over a Morales who was coming off a loss and considered by many close to shot, is'nt truly HOF quality.
DLH vs the many fighters being mentioned here is not a fighter beating HOF quality, its DLH beating a fighter who at one point in their career was HOF quality.

Genaro Hernandez and Fernando Vargas HOF quality?????:lol::lol::nut

Morales, would certainly be up there.

Hopkins, beat alot of guys that were atleast 2 weight classes smaller than him, its not him.
